The Sidebar Menu

All of Mercury's functionality is accessible through the left-hand sidebar.
The menu is organized into the following sections:

Dashboards

Get an at-a-glance overview of the performance of your CRM and loyalty programs.

Campaigns

Manage your personalized communications with your audience. This section includes:

  • Campaigns: A list of all campaigns executed across all channels (Email, SMS, Viber).
  • Campaign Calendar: A visual, calendar-based view of your campaign schedule.
  • Automations: Create and manage transactional messages and automated user journeys.
  • Templates: Design reusable email templates that reflect your brand, including predefined layouts, headers, and footers.
  • Segments: Define audience subgroups for precise targeting.
  • Touchpoints: Group campaigns and customer interactions into thematic categories.

Surveys

  • Surveys: Manage NPS, CSAT, and other customer feedback forms and questionnaires.
  • Themes: Create reusable visual themes to ensure surveys follow your brand identity.

Loyalty

  • Loyalty: Define and manage loyalty rules, reward periods, and reward types.
  • Redemptions: View how customers redeem rewards, perks, and coupons.

Audience

  • Consumers: Get a 360° view of each customer, including demographic, transactional, and behavioral data.
  • Transactions: View all purchases, returns, and order cancellations from your stores.
  • Subscribers: Manage contacts you communicate with outside of your customer base (e.g., partners, press).
  • Subscriber Groups: Create and manage contact lists for targeted outreach.

Reports

  • CRM Reports: Analyze your database, including new-to-file and recruitment reports.
  • Marketing Reports: Review performance across campaigns and automations.
  • Loyalty Reports: Track coupon usage, reward redemptions, and referral activity.

System

  • Users: Manage user accounts and role-based permissions.
  • Settings: Define global and per-brand settings, supported languages, and literal translations.
  • Lookups: Reference system-level lists such as age groups, name days, salutations, countries, and regions.
  • Tags: Organize and classify data with a flexible global tagging system.
  • Brands: Manage brand configurations (for multi-brand environments).
  • Stores: Maintain a list of physical and digital store locations.
  • Products: Manage your product catalog, including categories.
  • Importer: Import data (products, customers, employees, coupons) from CSV or Excel files.
  • Logs: View system logs.

Top Navigation Bar

On the right side of the top navigation bar, you'll find the User and Language Selection menus.

  • Use the User menu to edit your profile or log out.
  • Use the Language menu to switch the platform interface to your preferred language.
