Loyalty Overview

Mercury offers a powerful and flexible loyalty engine designed to support personalized reward strategies across multiple brands.

With the loyalty module, you can manage:

• Loyalty Programs for each brand, including their configuration and rules
• Tiers (e.g. Bronze, Silver, Gold) with customizable thresholds and benefits
• Points Rules to define how customers earn and redeem points
• Rewards & Perks such as vouchers, gifts, and exclusive offers
• Redemptions to track reward usage and customer engagement

All loyalty-related features can be accessed from the LOYALTY section in the sidebar navigation.
